There are two sections here: one for base game houses, the other for houses built using any of the Expansion Packs.
Best to stick to the base game lots if you are missing any of the EPs.
Base Game Lots
First up is a small family house with two bedrooms.
No hacks or custom content in this file but cheats have been used to raise the level of the planting around the outside of the house.

This is one of my larger villa-style houses, created in the base game. Sorry for lack of images but this is probably the most popular house I ever made for the base game.
