Links to Sims 1 Sites

Here is a list of my favourite Sims links...

http://www.activesimlinks.com/ - contains all known Sims sites that are still active (hence the name, really)

http://members.lycos.co.uk/asleepmocha/ - famous Sims skins, including Beyoncé, Avril Lavigne, Justin Timberlake, Eminem etc. Also includes film stars and TV actors.

http://www.simwardrobe.com/ - skins, objects and programs. Also includes a 'Nifty Support Forum'.

http://www.angelfire.com/stars4/simity_sims/ - Lipsy Froufrou's Sims 1 page. Includes unusual houses and striking wallpapers.

http://simsky.wz.cz/ensimsky.php - the Simsky site in English: loads of stuff here, inclduing some useful troubleshooting information. Particularly good for Trekkies, as it contains original Star Trek posters and a Star Trek TV.

http://www.thesimsresource.com/ - The Sims Resource - a really comprehensive website which now also caters for The Sims 2. Great tutorials and downloads. Check out their freebie sections, too. You'll need to register (for free) to download anything.

http://thesims.ea.com/us/index.html - official Maxis-made downloads, programs, and an exchange for ideas, skins etc.

http://www.ultimatesims.com/ - the ULTIMATE Sims list - contains loads of skins, programs and links.

http://www.7deadlysims.com/ - a brilliant site, touched by genius: contains hundreds of downloads, including cars, XBoxes, Dreamcasts, Gameboys, iMacs, furniture, drumkits, and other stuff. Make sure you have Winzip - you'll need it when you see these objects!

http://www.simlogical.com/3b2/downloadpages/restricted_objects.htm - OK, it's a long title, but that's why you have the link. Contains some much-sought-after objects which can be made inaccessible to certain Sims. Has a very cool laptop which has pride of place in many of my Sims' homes.

http://ricksims.8m.net/Page1.html - links to user-created objects. Some amazing stuff here.

http://www.megspace.com/entertainment/simsaccessories/ - a somewhat overlooked site containing some impressive objects for your Sims. Includes school sets, hospital sets, Victorian and Egyptian artefacts and Church artefacts.

http://www.simgypsy.com/ - contains downloadable objects plus base objects to play around with. Make sure you're already familiar with The Sims Transmogrifier before you start, though.
